Buyer App Finder Fee
Cart2Save charges a Buyer App Finder Fee of 3% of order value on ONDC transactions, collected from the Seller NP/BPP at the time of settlement. This fee is disclosed in every search intent message sent to the ONDC gateway.
Cashback Policy
Cart2Save offers cashback to buyers on confirmed ONDC orders. The cashback rate is determined by the order category and is currently set at 1% of order value for grocery orders. Cashback is credited within 7 days of order completion and settlement confirmation.

Neutrality Commitment
Cart2Save does not accept payment for search ranking. All results are ordered by effective price (base price minus cashback) ascending. Our ranking algorithm and governance principles are published at cart2save.com/methodology.
